Description
This Paris papercut can be completed by anyone from an intermediate level. The curves in the star line as well as that in the writing mean that it will not be an easy cut for a beginner.
Why not layer it to give the heart a little pop from your image, it can even be customised with initials if you choose.
The quote at the bottom of the image reads the City Of Love.
This papercut will be sent to you in reverse and you cut grey out, flipping it over to reveal your finished papercut, ready to put onto a background of your choice.
