Use PNG in your cutting software and implement any of your ideas.
You can also cut the sticker with scissors along the contour.
Also in the archive there is a vector format! There is no size limit. If you need really big ones, you are equipped with AI, EPS files versions as well.

+ Folder STICKER: Contains raster source files for cutting stickers. Includes files in the format: JPG, PNG and PNG file with silhouettes for Silhouette Studio. Resolution of raster files (JPG, PNG): 4167X4167px.
+ Folder ELEMENT: Contains raster illustrations for your creativity. Includes files in the format: JPG, PNG. Resolution of raster files (JPG, PNG): 4167X4167px.
+ Folder PREVIEW: Contains vector resources, as in the preview. Includes files in the format: AI, EPS.
**About format files:**

+ .AI – The file can be edited in Adobe Illustrator СС 2014 and higher
+ .EPS – The file can be edited in Adobe Illustrator 10 or higher
_Raster format:_
+ .JPG – The file can be edited in any raster graphics program
+ .PNG – The file can be edited in any raster graphics program
