Although it’s rare, we do understand that digital products may sometimes have compatibility issues, delivery issues or they appear different than the initial thought has been and we don’t want to force you to be left with a bad experience and unusable items.

Request a refund
To complete your refund request, please contact us at the support center or directly at support@crella.net. We need proof of your purchase (email, order number, or payment receipt) to identify the product(s) involved in the order. To be eligible for a return, you must provide us with a reason for the refund request. This will considerably help us to better understand how to improve our service. If we see that the issue (for the refund request) seems quickly solvable by our support team, we will provide you with help in order to make the product(s) work as intended.

Our refund policy is open for 30 days after your successful payment. The refund request must be done before 30 days has gone from the purchase. We cannot make refunds after 30 days have passed.

Partial Refunds
When purchasing multiple products in an order and some of the products are not working, partial refunds are made instead of a full refund of the order.

Limitations to 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
As we’re dealing with digital products, we must make sure that this generous refund policy is not misused. Here are the fair-play limitations to our refund policy. We reserve a right to limit the refund policy or cancel our service for these reasons,

  • No reason provided for refund request
  • Continuos refund requests
  • Purchasing multiple items in one order and requesting an immediate refund without a reasonable reason
  • Not replying to our customer service’s initial help

*Our full 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee doesn’t include Crella Subscription. However, Crella Subscription can be refunded if there are issues with the delivery of digital downloads, products are faulty or the service isn’t available in your country.

Deleting refunded items
You promise to fully delete and uninstall the refunded item(s) from your computer, phone, folders, website, or any other place the item is in. The refunded item(s) cannot be used in any design that has been previously created or will be created. 

Haven’t yet received the refund?
It may take a few business days for the refund to appear, especially with credit card payments.

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card statement.
  • Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at our support center.
